I purchased a pattern for this diaper clutch. It took me longer than I thought it would to make, but I'm really pleased with how it came out. The hardest part was the zippers. The pattern did zippers different than I had learned. While there was nothing wrong with the way the pattern did them, it just wasn't the way I was used to and so it took me a while (and a lot of ripping out) to get it right).


The whole thing snaps shut and is a small clutch but then opens up to two zippered pouches. One side has a place for wipes to go into and the other is pouch for anything else.




In the middle is a snapped line for anything you want to hold like a pacifier or keys.

I put my new sewing skills to use with these matching bibs and burb cloths. The bibs were especially interesting as it was the first time I had to both cut and then sew on a curve.

This is my favorite of the projects from class. I immediately started using it in my purse. Definitely going to make a few more.

This is my second project from sewing glass. How cute are the eggs and the farm scene?

In all my copious free time (ha ha), I decided to take a sewing class. I just finishing my first project which was a pillow case. The fish fabric was perfect for Craig so I had to use it. Willow insisted on photo bombing. I don't actually need a bunch of pillow cases, but this one turned out so well that I want to make more.
